Empowering financial growth
Financial Planning for Stripe Employees
Most Stripe employees have clear financial goals. The harder part is knowing how to get there. Stripe has stayed private while giving employees a regular way to turn equity into cash through its annual tender offer, so building toward those goals tends to be an ongoing process rather than a single event. Each round brings money that has to fit into a longer-term picture. Our approach to Stripe employee wealth management helps you make thoughtful decisions about equity while creating a long term financial strategy that supports your career and personal goals.
- How much risk should I take to reach my goals?
- Do I have enough to retire, and at what age?
- How do I save for my children’s education and my retirement at the same time?
- How can I be as tax-efficient as possible?
These are common questions, and ones we’re glad to help you think through. As a Stripe financial advisor, we help employees evaluate equity compensation, investment opportunities, tax implications, and retirement planning as part of one coordinated financial planning process.
Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors LLC is not affiliated with Stripe or the Stripe benefits department. Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors has personal financial planning relationships with multiple clients who are Stripe employees. Our Stripe employee financial planning services are built specifically for professionals navigating complex compensation packages and growing wealth.

Package FAQs
What is the main difference between Essentials and Complete?
The primary distinction between the plans is that the Complete Package offers integrated planning in collaboration with an external tax professional, along with more detailed and sophisticated investment strategies. This package particularly focuses on liquidation strategies for company insiders who are subject to material non-public information and blackout trading windows and eligible for 10b5-1 trading plans. Coordinated planning ensures that your strategy is crafted with complex financial planning and tax implications considered, providing a more holistic approach to managing your finances.
If I want one service from the Complete package, can I swap that in for a service in the Essentials package that I don’t need?
Yes, you can. Our packages are priced based on how much time we spend with you so let us know what you have in mind and we’ll tailor the engagement to fit your needs.
What is the additional fee to include my spouse?
For the Complete package, there are no extra fees to include your spouse. The flat fee of $8,000 for the Essentials package will include your whole family.
Essentials is ideal for professionals seeking focused financial planning without an ongoing wealth management relationship. It provides practical guidance around investment strategy, cash flow, tax planning, and equity compensation while supporting your long term financial objectives.
