Hi, I’m Sultan Beardsley, and I specialize in helping tech professionals across the Bay Area turn their hard work into long-term financial security. Since joining Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors, I have focused on serving clients at FAANG and pre-IPO companies who face unique and complex financial landscapes. Having previously served as the co-founder and COO for an online subscription business with customers in over 140 countries, I bring a distinct operational perspective and passion to managing wealth, with a focus on efficiency and growth.

Much of my work centers on helping tech professionals grow and protect their wealth in a highly personalized, tax-conscious manner that reflects the realities of equity compensation and rapid career growth. I support clients through high-impact moments such as pre- and post-IPO planning, retirement, and estate strategy, focusing on decisions that shape long-term outcomes. Life Outside the Office
I stay active by running 15–20 miles a week and hiking across the Bay Area, usually while listening to a great book on personal growth or planning my next trip to experience a new culture. When I’m not outdoors or traveling, I’m likely hanging out with my cat, Avocado, trying out new local restaurants, and making the most of my time with my brother, parents, and cousins.
